THE STAFF EXCHANGE BETWEEN SUT AND TUE
The Staff exchanges between SUT and TUE commenced. The SUT members spent 69 days (2.46 Person-months) in total on begining training at TUE.
Professor Rene Janssen from TUE spent four days in Gliwice giving a series of lectures about Organic photovoltaics.
SUT members visit at TUE:

The main objective of the secondment actions was to recognize the research ability of TUE laboratories and to learn designing, formation, and proper analysis of Organic Solar Cells.
Researchers from SUT had oportunity to discuss on chosing parameters for solution deposition proceses in OPv devices preparation and they have been trained in the proper characterization of the devices using solar simulators.
TUE researchers visit at SUT:
R. Janssen -30.01.2017 – 02.02.2017
Professor Rene Janssen from TUE presented in Gliwice a series of lectures about Organic photovoltaics. SUT researchers could listen on the principles of designing, formation, and analysis of Organic Solar Cells, learn how to analyse the J-V characteristic of obtained OSC to extract the Fill Factor (FF), Short Circuit Current (JSC), Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) and Maximum Power Point (MPP). Professor Jansen has also presented some recent data from his research and presented recent trends in the field of OPVs.
